  • Mixpanel: Used to collect product and website usage statistics for the eRank Websites. The usage data helps eRank improve the quality of service offered to users.
  • Intercom: Used to provide customer service to users. Intercom helps eRank communicate with users and equip them with guides to our many SEO tools.
  • PayPal / Stripe / Paddle: Used to securely process payments for our users, ensuring smooth transactions and maintaining data privacy.  These processors handle payment information in compliance with strict security standards to protect your financial data.

  • Appointed Data Security Officer:  Anthony Wolf is designated as eRank’s Data Security Officer. He will oversee and coordinate all necessary data protection protocols, managing data handling for eRank and its affiliates, contractors, contracted employees, and assigns.
  • Commitment to Security Awareness:  We stay current with security developments and threats in the online space and implement regular updates to maintain customer safety.
